(This is a translated repost of Sonntagsmusik: Sebastian Arnold - Mixtape 2019 on Progolog.de, who contacted me in 2019 after I pointed out on Twitter that I had started producing yearly mixtapes a decade ago.)
In 2019, the world still seemed to be running like a well-oiled beat. At least, this tape takes you on a dance journey through Western and Northern Europe, across the ocean, and back. It also features a few newly discovered and rediscovered gems – and, looking back from perspective of the pandemic soon to start, especially the artists I was just able to see live one last time, before concerts should come to a temporary halt.
